With the help of structurally insulated panels, or S.I.P.'s, and pre-made roof trusses, the team from Issaquah-based Shirey Contracting was able to frame, sheath, and partially insulate this new media room addition in a fraction of the time of using traditional building methods, and with much less wasted material.
